Global HEED Summer 2010 Guatemala Trip Application

Directions: Please complete the following information and submit the application using this page. You will be able to review and print the application before the final submission. The application for the August trip is due June 15, 2010 and applicants will be notified of their status two to three weeks after submission. Only 20 spots are available. Application is on a rolling-basis so the earlier you apply the better your chances. A non-refundable deposit of $600 is due two weeks following acceptance in order to secure a spot on the trip. The trip cost is to be determined, but it will include housing, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), in-country transportation and logistical fees.
